Postage & Packaging

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours for items that are in stock. We will contact you if any out of stock items are likely to take more than advertised delivery timescales.

We use a combination of couriers including Royal Mail. Packages sent via Royal Mail that do not arrive when expected could have gone astray in the post in this circumstance we have to wait 30 days before we can class the package as lost.

Once dispatched, you must contact us if you have not received your order within the timescale advertised.
